I started following the programme on 13 April. I was 74 kg. Seven weeks later I'm at 67.1 kg and I genuinely feel like a different person. The plan is well-balanced and varied enough that I've never once felt hungry. I've combined it with group fitness and strength training and the two work perfectly together. The app makes it easy to switch between rest days and active days, and every week there's a check-in on both weight and how I'm actually feeling.
